QCD Processes

Obviously most processes in PYTHIA contain QCD physics one way or another, so the above title should not be overstressed. One example: a process like $\mathrm{e}^+\mathrm{e}^-\to \gamma^* / \mathrm{Z}^0\to \mathrm{q}\overline{\mathrm{q}}$ is also traditionally called a QCD event, but is here book-kept as $\gamma^* / \mathrm{Z}^0$ production. In this section we discuss scatterings between coloured partons, plus a few processes that are close relatives to other processes of this kind.
